The Act has been invoked by other presidents to quell violent uprisings such as the L.A. Riots. This is a much larger treasonous action. It has also become obvious over the past few months that the tech giants are waging a coordinated conspiracy to nullify U.S. elections and crush democracy by selectively silencing all conservative voices on the dominant online platforms. This illegal conspiracy — pursued by Facebook, Twitter, Google, Apple and other tech giants — represents an online insurrection against the United States of America, which is why I have repeatedly called for the deployment of military police to arrest the CEOs of these tech companies and force the platforms to respect the First Amendment liberties of the American people.

 

It is time for Trump to deploy the military police to arrest Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey and then shut down these Internet anti American Incubators as nests of sedition. And that’s just the start of what needs to happen to restore our democracy and the freedom to speak.

• The radical Left is about to be triggered by the treasonous, deep-state run “mainstream” media to launch an attempted communist revolution and violent coup against America using a soft coup tactic of using Corrupted Voting Machines and Fake Absentee ballots to pretend that the Voting and removal of Donald Trump and the plebiscite of  75 Million Voters and their families was a legitimate action with free and fair elections.

• The Democrat Party from its Presidential Candidate Joe Biden all the way down to the local Vote Counters in every City  has been infiltrated by communist China and is now run by the Chinese. They have been promised prominent positions in the Chinese-run “commie America” after the Chinese invasion takes over the economy of America., using California (and the L.A. port) as a beachhead to land troops and stage a land invasion of America if required.
• The Governors of Democratic States must be declared  “enemy combatants” and arrested, then charged with treason against America. If found guilty, they should face the death penalty.
• The Commander in Chief may deploy the National Guard and U.S. military troops to locate and detain domestic enemies who are actively committing acts of treason against America. This does not violate posse comitatus and hell in a State of Emergency who the hell cares. The military may pursue the eliminate active enemies of America during a time of war, even when they are operating on U.S. soil.
• Once Trump initiates the Insurrection Act, the lawless, deranged Left will immediately declare Trump to be a “military dictator” while calling for Leftists to take to the streets in armed rebellion against the rule of law. Leftists will open fire on Trump supporters, bomb government buildings and attempt to executive police officers and National Guard troops which are deployed to defend America. Pro-Trump Americans need to be prepared to defend themselves against the violence of the lawless Left. We are ready right ? We are locked and loaded and waiting for the call.
  
• The Governor of Democrat States will almost certainly order their State-based National Guard troops to disobey President Trump’s federal orders. This may initiate an actual shooting war in thoise States as Trump asserts federal control over National Guard troops while demanding the arrest of the offending Governors.
• Although this may not be part of Trump’s plan, technically the Insurrection Act grants the President the power to arrest the CEOs of all the tech giants which are engaged in open acts of treason against our constitutional republic by supplying the seditionists with any kind of service including propaganda.
• California looks likely to become the “front lines” of the civil war in America as anti-America forces carrying out treason against America — including Facebook, Google, YouTube, Apple and Twitter, all of which are heavily influenced by communist Chinese infiltration — attempt to overthrow the country and destroy our constitutional republic are based in California.
  
• Pro-America citizens of Democrat States — especially those in rural areas — need to be prepared to find themselves on the front lines of an actual shooting war being waged across the Coastal States.

Realizing that there is not an alternative choice, America needs to support President Trump. In the upcoming days, Trump will soon realize that the 80 million ballots mailed by the Democratic Party to voters, most of which are fraught with fraud, will be too much to overcome. Does Trump have options? Yes, he has two distinct options that could be blended into a single act.

1. Invoke the Insurrection Act. This would effectively cut off all mail-in ballots. In order to invoke the Insurrection Act, the president “must first issue an order which tells the "insurgents" ( That would be the peaceable Patriots who must gather)  to disperse within a limited time, 10 U.S.C. § 334.4. If the situation does not immediately abate, the President should issue an executive order to send in troops, as stated in the 2006 Congressional Research Service report.
2. Additionally, to protect life and property, the President needs to declare martial law against dissident and violent organizations in America. This would include outlawing George Soros leftist groups. This would also entail the arrest of all Democratic governors and mayors who have aided and abetted all riots and blocked the subsequent prosecution of arrested riot participants. This would include the mayors of such cities as Portland, Seattle, Louisville, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Chicago, Washington DC, New York City, etc. The governors of these Democratically run states need to also be arrested. This would include, but not limited to, Newsom, Ducey, Cuomo, Abbott, Iness, Brown, etc. 
3. An arrest warrant must be issued for George Soros and his son Alexander Soros. They must be shipped to GITMO to await a Military Tribunal. There are also many countries including Hungary who have extradition requests for George Soros. There will also be a need for an immediate purge of the CDC, NIH and the FDA. All leaders of these organizations as previously identified, have been guilty of undermining the Commander-In-Chief. 20 Election "Facts" That Don't Pass The "It all legal" test.

1. Biden allegedly got 80 million votes, which is more than Obama received at his peak, in 2008 – and Biden did this despite losing minority voters to Donald Trump and trailing Trump in voter enthusiasm.

2. Biden broke 60 years of precedent by winning nationally despite losing prodigiously in bellwether states and counties. The last time this happened was when the mafia got out the vote for John F. Kennedy in 1960.

3. Trump had extraordinary coattails, so much so that even the New York Times admitted that the “Democrats Suffered Crushing Down-Ballot Losses Across America.” Think about that: Biden had no coattails and no enthusiasm, yet he allegedly won a record number of votes. Smells fetid to me.

4. Biden barely made it through the primaries, while Trump soared, with Trump’s performance being a historically sure sign of voter enthusiasm and probable victory – yet Biden, again, allegedly scored an equally historically strong victory.

5. Trump exceeded his original vote count by the largest margin for any incumbent in American history. He got 10 million more votes than before; by contrast, Obama, in 2012, got 3.5 million fewer votes than in 2008.

6. Trump’s support among blacks grew by 50%, while Biden’s fell below the important 90%-mark that Democrat candidates need to secure victory.

7. In the Rust Belt, Biden lost black support everywhere except in Detroit, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee. In those cities, every single black person apparently voted for Biden.

8. While pollsters can and do manipulate polling outcomes, non-polling metrics (historical norms such as the economy, enthusiasm, etc.) have never been wrong – only we’re being told that this year was the exception.

12. In the contested states, the voting machines were alleged to have processed hundreds of thousands of ballots within a short time, which is a physical impossibility.

13. In Pennsylvania, statistically impossible numbers of late-arriving mail-in votes went to Biden.

14. Dominion and ES&S voting machines were created to have back doors and specific functions to manipulate votes either at the machine or over the internet.

15. Fox News’s behavior on election night (refusing to call pro-Trump outcomes while prematurely calling Arizona for Biden) was so abnormal that Vegas oddsmakers instantly assumed that the fix was in.

16. The allegedly late-arriving mailed-in ballots increased Biden’s equally alleged lead with statistically impossible perfection and stability.

17. There were anomalies in Virginia that suggested that computers were subtracting votes from Trump and, sometimes, giving them to Biden.

18. One analysis shows that voting machines in Michigan systematically removed votes from Trump and handed them to Biden. I saw a rebuttal (which I cannot locate now) that purported to debunk this but did so by using a different scale on the X-axis, which I found inherently suspicious.

19. Over 100,000 Pennsylvania absentee ballots were returned either a day after they were mailed out, on the day they were mailed out, or on the day before they were mailed out.

20. In all the contested areas, and at Dominion’s website, Democrats have been systematically failing to create or have destroyed all data that could be used to demonstrate fraud. This creates the legal presumption that the data do, in fact, show fraud.
