Trump blinked, he did not invoke the Insurrection Act on January 6th when the Patriots surrounded the Capitol grounds. He was supposed to make an announcement at 6pm EST where he would invoke the Insurrection Act. He apparently conferred with the Military brass who apparently refused to support him. According to multiple senior administration officials, the president intends to invoke the “tremendous powers” of the act to remove illegal immigrants from the country.

 

The Insurrection Act, passed by Congress in 1807, allows the president to deploy National Guard and U.S. military troops to combat “rebellion” against the United States of America. The Act has been invoked by other presidents to quell violent uprisings such as the L.A. Riots. This is a much larger treasonous action. The Perpetrators of the Fraud in the 2020 Elections are tied to Foreign enemies who have the same goals as the Domestic Traitors that include almost all the leadership of the Democrat Party and the Federal Agencies that have been infiltratedf and primed for over 25 years for such a take over.

It is clear that President Trump now recognizes the open rebellion against America being committed by the Democrat Party and fake news “journo-terrorists” who are brainwashing Americans to hate their own country. • The Governors of Democratic States must be declared  “enemy combatants” and arrested, then charged with treason against America. If found guilty, they should face the death penalty.
• The Commander in Chief may deploy the National Guard and U.S. military troops to locate and detain domestic enemies who are actively committing acts of treason against America. This does not violate posse comitatus and hell in a State of Emergency who the hell cares. The military may pursue the eliminate active enemies of America during a time of war, even when they are operating on U.S. soil.
• Once Trump initiates the Insurrection Act, the lawless, deranged Left will immediately declare Trump to be a “military dictator” while calling for Leftists to take to the streets in armed rebellion against the rule of law. Leftists will open fire on Trump supporters, bomb government buildings and attempt to executive police officers and National Guard troops which are deployed to defend America. • The Governor of Democrat States will almost certainly order their State-based National Guard troops to disobey President Trump’s federal orders. Realizing that there is not an alternative choice, America needs to support President Trump. In the upcoming days, Trump will soon realize that the 80 million ballots mailed by the Democratic Party to voters, most of which are fraught with fraud, will be too much to overcome. Does Trump have options? Yes, he has two distinct options that could be blended into a single act.

1. Invoke the Insurrection Act. This would effectively cut off all mail-in ballots. In order to invoke the Insurrection Act, the president “must first issue an order which tells the "insurgents" ( That would be the peaceable Patriots who must gather)  to disperse within a limited time, 10 U.S.C. § 334.4. If the situation does not immediately abate, the President should issue an executive order to send in troops, as stated in the 2006 Congressional Research Service report.
2. Additionally, to protect life and property, the President needs to declare martial law against dissident and violent organizations in America. This would include outlawing George Soros leftist groups. This would also entail the arrest of all Democratic governors and mayors who have aided and abetted all riots and blocked the subsequent prosecution of arrested riot participants. This would include the mayors of such cities as Portland, Seattle, Louisville, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Chicago, Washington DC, New York City, etc. The governors of these Democratically run states need to also be arrested. This would include, but not limited to, Newsom, Ducey, Cuomo, Abbott, Iness, Brown, etc. 
3. An arrest warrant must be issued for George Soros and his son Alexander Soros. They must be shipped to GITMO to await a Military Tribunal. There are also many countries including Hungary who have extradition requests for George Soros.
