Yesterday, in the House, yet another vote to repeal Obamacare was held. It was the 33rd time such a vote was taken in the House since the passage of the bill nobody could know what was in until they passed it.

33 times in the house.
How many times has this been debated in the Senate?
Zero.
That’s because Harry Reid, just as he’s done with 30 some odd jobs bills passed in the House and all the various budgets passed in the House…Refuses to allow them to see the light of day in the Senate.
Liberals and socialists love to tell you that it’s the republicans obstructing congress or doing nothing in congress but, they’re lying.
The headlines today will read something to the effect of, “REPUBLICANS VOTE FOR OBAMACARE REPEALED…AGAIN” or…”REPUBLICANS PLAY POLITICS WITH BILL DEEMED CONSTITUTIONAL BY SUPREME COURT” or…”REPUBLICANS PASS SYMBOLIC VOTE INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH JOBS.”
There will be a great many variations of the headlines but, essentially, they’ll be talking about republicans voting for repeal and getting nowhere doing it.
That, however, should NOT be the headline.
HERE’S what the headline SHOULD be:

185 HOUSE LIBERALS VOTE IN FAVOR OF THE LARGEST TAX INCREASE IN U.S. HISTORY – SENATE LIBERALS TO AFFIRM LARGEST TAX INCREASE IN U.S. HISTORY BY NOT VOTING AT ALL!!!

THAT is what REALLY took place yesterday.
Obamacare IS a tax bill…So sayeth the United States Supreme Court. Were it anything BUT a tax bill, it would NOT have been found Constitutional…SO SAYETH THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT.
To ALL conservatives running for seats in the House and to ALL conservatives running for a seat in the Senate…MAKE THE LIBERAL/SOCIALISTS IN THE HOUSE AND SENATE OWN YESTERDAY’S VOTE!!!
If you are running for anything from the village DOG CATCHER to the WHITE HOUSE and you are a republican…what took place yesterday IS your platform!!!
At a time when the economy is stagnant, when unemployment hovers at 8.2 percent, when consumer confidence is down, while small business confidence is at its lowest point since Obama became the Emperor, when food stamp use is at its highest point and while our national debt is soaring to never before imagined levels…

These are but a smattering of factual headlines which SHOULD have been seen in print over the last 3 ½ years but have never been written.
We all know that far TOO many people ONLY read headlines and never read the articles. Of those who READ the articles, few bother to investigate them on their own. In today’s 24 hour news cycle and Twitter age, people tend to get their news in 140 characters or less and think they have the full story.
It’s all they need to know or, so they think.
A perfect example of the situation is the FACT that those who relied ONLY on NBC for their news, had NO idea of the Fast and Furious scandal UNTIL…the day Holder was found in contempt because, up to that moment, through more than a year and a half of congressional hearings, subpoenas, investigations and even the death of Agent Brian Terry, NBC had devoted exactly 15 seconds to the story.
So…Today, when you see or hear a headline stating that Obamacare was repealed in the house but it won’t mean a thing because the Senate will not take it up at all…Know the REAL headline…

Survey: 83% of Doctors Considered Quitting Over Obamacare
Eighty-three percent of American physicians have considered leaving the profession over President Barack Obama’s healthcare reform law – and 63 percent have called for repealing all or part of it, according to a survey by the Doctor Patient Medical Association.

The results from the non-partisan association of doctors and patients, founded last fall and headquartered in Alexandria, Va., is based on a national survey of 699 physicians, the Daily Caller reports.

The Affordable Care Act was upheld last month by the U.S. Supreme Court.
By 2020, the U.S. is expected to face a shortage of at least 90,000 doctors. Because the new healthcare law expands insurance coverage, it will increase physician demand.

“Hands down, doctors blame government involvement for the current problems in medicine, and are not shy to say they want it out,” the association says in a report on the survey findings.

“The reasons cited range from the deluge of regulatory compliance that siphons time away from patient care, to de facto rationing achieved through complex payment schemes, to cushy relationships that favor corporations and special interests in medicine.”

The DPMA found that many doctors just don't believe the legislation will give more Americans quality care, co-founder of the DPMA Kathryn Serkes said.

“Doctors clearly understand what Washington does not — that a piece of paper that says you are ‘covered’ by insurance or ‘enrolled’ in Medicare or Medicaid does not translate to actual medical care when doctors can’t afford to see patients at the lowball payments, and patients have to jump through government and insurance company bureaucratic hoops,” she said

As for Obamacare specifically, the association said: “Doctors say that a key government provision in the Affordable Care Act, the huge expansion of Medicaid enrollees, is likely to backfire, as 49 percent say they will stop accepting Medicaid payments.”

The email is just one of thousands that House Republicans mined through as part of a more than a year-long investigation into Obama’s closed-door deal making with PhRMA, the drug industry lobbying group.

Though it was previously known that Obama had cut a deal with drug companies, a memo released today by the House Energy and Commerce Committee provides more specific details than have been previously reported.

The disclosures provide further evidence that once in office, Obama tossed aside his promises to be transparent and stand up to special interest groups.

Between May and August 2009, as the White House officials and key players in Congress were formulating the national health care law, the Obama administration held ongoing negotiations with PhRMA to secure industry support for the health care law as well as other policy concessions.

Nancy DeParle, then director of the White House Office of Health Reform, wrote the following email to PhRMA’s chief lobbyist on June 3, 2009: “Yes – I pushed this to everyone (Messina, Rahm) is in Egypt with POTUS but Phil Schrillo, Dana Singlser and I made decision, based on how constructive you guys have been, to oppose importation on this bill.”

At the time, Rahm Emanuel was White House Chief of Staff, Jim Messina was deputy chief of staff, Phil Schrillo was Obama’s legislative affairs director and Dana Singlser was his special assistant to the president for legislative affairs.

That September, top PhRMA lobbyist Bryant Hall reported in an email that he “had a good call w Messina,” and wrote: “Confidential: WH is working on some very explicit language on importation to kill it in health care reform. This has to stay quiet.”

Drug re-importation never made it into the final legislation.

As part of the final deal, PhRMA agreed to support health care legislation, spend millions on ads promoting it, and agree to $80 billion in savings and taxes to help finance the bill.

In exchange, PhRMA not only ended up with a law that promised to provide it with millions of new customers, but protected it against policies contemplated by Democrats that would have been harmful to their profits, such as introducing a government plan into the Medicare prescription drug program, allowing rebates for drug purchases through the program and drug re-importation.

Taken together, the emails paint a picture of insider deal making with a powerful special interest – something that stands in stark contrast to Obama’s campaign pledges.

In 2008, Obama ran an ad titled “Billy,” blasting then PhRMA president Billy Tauzin and the art of deal making in Washington. “I don’t want to learn how to play the game better, I want to put an end to the game playing,” Obama vowed.

Yet months into his presidency, Obama cut a deal with Tauzin’s lobbying group, and did so behind closed doors – a violation of his pledge to broadcast all health care negotiations on C-SPAN.

This Supreme Court decision flies in the face of the claim by Obama and his cronies in Congress that it is not a tax and was a mandate. Legislative history shows Congress passed ObamaCare claiming it was not a tax.

ObamaCare's government run socialized medicine is out of control. Doctors must now practice medicine according to government guidelines or else they will be sued and Americans will have the IRS taking money from your returns! Next we will be taxed for not eating government approved foods by medical edict.

All American families wanted before ObamaCare was affordable health care and insurance companies that would work side by side with doctors on medical procedures.

So far, the Senate has voted to repeal only a small part of ObamaCare. They voted to get rid of the tax reporting requirement that forces businesses to file a 1099 for every expense over $600. That would literally drown business owners (FYI Obama those are job creators) in paper work. Thankfully, that's gone. But that's only one piece of the deficit-busting bill that won't become law. Nullification is the last chance we have to get rid of ObamaCare.

Outrageously Obama and the Congress - YES, the same irresponsible Congress that raised the debt to a record $15 trillion, mandates that the "United States Preventative Services Task Force" wants to rate your medical services. Many services that get "Cs" and "Ds"--such as screening for ovarian or testicular cancer--could get terminated from coverage entirely and doctors must comply. However as long as doctors treat patients according to Obama's orders they will have immunity from malpractice lawsuits.

Think about it. The government could order doctors to give patients subpar treatments or refuse treatment all together. After all, no doctor wants to get sued. And if you do not comply the Supreme Court says you will get taxed.

Healthcare access will be in short supply as doctors will be in scarce supply even if you can afford to find one. A Physicians Foundation Survey revealed that 40% of doctors plan to drop out of the medical field entirely! 60% said that government run healthcare will "compel them to close or significantly restrict their practices to certain categories of patients." That means Americans on Medicare or Medicaid will find it virtually impossible to receive adequate healthcare.

There is no time to waste. It's imperative that we repeal ObamaCare NOW! The liberals are doing everything they can to stop efforts to repeal ObamaCare. The House has voted 245-189 to repeal the unconstitutional law. But Harry Reid is blocking the legislation from going to the Senate. Trump Rips Roberts Over Obamacare Decision

Real estate titan Donald Trump isn’t pulling any punches in his criticism of Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts for casting the deciding vote to uphold the healthcare reform law.

“It’s a disaster, and obviously it would have been better if it was knocked out, but Justice Roberts wanted to be loved by the Washington establishment,” Trump told “Fox & Friends” Monday. “And by the way, he is now loved, because the way they’re talking about him, it’s unbelievable. So he is a beloved man to the liberals and to the Washington establishment.”

Roberts justified the law’s requirement that individuals buy healthcare insurance or face a penalty by classifying the mandate as a tax. He also wrote that “we do not consider whether the Act embodies sound policies . . . It is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices.”


Roberts was “extremely disloyal” in his decision, Trump said. “I only wonder what President [George W.] Bush must be thinking, as he was the one to put him in that position. “[Roberts] voted for it . . . politically. And he did it because he wanted to be loved by the establishment.”

Still, Trump said the Obamacare decision will provide a big boost for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Trump has worked hard on Romney’s behalf.

At a recent fundraising event held after the Obamacare ruling, Republicans were particularly excited about helping Romney, Trump said. “The energy in that room was five times greater than it would have been a month before,” he said. “It energized the Republican Party. It energized people that don’t want ‘Obamacare,’ of which there are many.”
