The Rightful President made his observation via his Truth Social account on Saturday following journalist Matt Taibbi’s thorough report on Twitter’s internal communications during the 2020 elections at the behest of newly-minted CEO Elon Musk.
Here is what he wrote: Lets break it down.

Then, putting the Founding Fathers in quotes — “Our great ‘Founders'” — the Rightful President then essentially said this.
“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, ( Obviously still talking about the FRAUDULENT ELECTIONS ) even those found in the Constitution. Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!”
and what were ruled about elections found in the Constitution?
Now does that mean he wants ALL the Articles and Amendments in the Constitution be terminated? Are you that stupid to believe that? What "Rules and Regulation and Articles Even those found in the Constitution" is he talking about that allows for the termination.
The word "Allows" clearly means that the Courts or some ruling body could and should allow for the rules that were put in place illegally outside the "rules, regulations, and articles found in the Constitution" IF THEY HAVE BEEN BROKEN AND MANIPULATED BY THE MASSIVE FRAUD THAT HAS BEEN PROVEN NOW BY THE TWITTER EXPOSE!

To Understand the rules, regulations, and articles" in the constitution we need to read up on the 12th Amendment and its additional amendments regarding the rules for the election of the President and Vice President.
HERE IS THE 12th Amendment and it's further amendments say about the process of Electing the President.
Twelfth Amendment:
The Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves; they shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President, and of the number of votes for each, which lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat of the government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate;–the President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted;–The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. Ratified in 1804, the Twelfth Amendment superseded Article II, Section 1, Clause 3 of the Constitution. Under Article II as originally ratified, the Electoral College did not vote separately for President and Vice President. Instead, each elector voted for two candidates for President. If one candidate received votes from a majority of the electors, he became President, while the candidate with the second-highest number of votes became Vice President. However, if two candidates received votes from a majority of electors, or if no candidate received a majority, the House of Representatives was to choose the President. Problems arose under the original system in the election of 1800, when Thomas Jefferson and Aaron Burr received the same number of votes in the Electoral College, sending the selection of a President to the House of Representatives, despite the fact that the electors had intended Jefferson to be President and Burr to be Vice President.
The Twelfth Amendment was designed to avoid a repetition of the events of 1800 by having the electors vote separately for President and Vice President, with each elector casting one vote for each office. The Constitution’s original system at time could result, as it did in the election of 1796, in the selection of a President and Vice President with different political alignments, while the Twelfth Amendment simplified the process for selecting a President and Vice President from the same political party. The Supreme Court has thus stated that the Amendment “both acknowledg[ed] and facilitat[ed] the Electoral College’s emergence as a mechanism not for deliberation but for party-line voting.”
Since the Twelfth Amendment was ratified, Congress and the states have made other changes to presidential elections. Following the disputed election of 1876, Congress enacted a statute providing that if a state’s vote is not certified by the governor under seal, it shall not be counted unless both Houses of Congress concur. In addition, in 1933, the Twentieth Amendment superseded some provisions of the Twelfth Amendment.
Q: So did the 2020 presidential election follow the Constitution, or not? You be the judge and read below.
A: Well for sure NOT in four states
The U.S. Constitution clearly states that presidential electors must be appointed according to rules established by each state’s legislature. In other words, state law determines how presidential elections are conducted.
This did not appear to happen in at least four states during the 2020 election.
In Georgia, state law prohibits the counting of absentee ballots until after the polls open on Election Day. In clear violation of the law, and thus the U.S. Constitution, the State Election Board, not the legislature, allowed processing of ballots up to three weeks before Election Day.
In Pennsylvania, state law states that the deadline for a county board of elections to receive a mail-in ballot is 8 p.m. on Election Day. Instead of following state law, judges, without any authorization by the Pennsylvania General Assembly, usurped legislative power by extending that deadline to three days after Election Day.
In another violation, Pennsylvania’s secretary of state violated Pennsylvania state law, and thus the U.S. Constitution, by removing the state law mandate that requires all applications for absentee or mail-in ballots for non-disabled and non-military voters be signed by the applicant.
Michigan state law requires that all absentee ballot requests be requested by the voter through a careful and secure application process requiring a signature. The Michigan secretary of state violated this law, and thus the U.S. Constitution, when she instead set up a website where people could request an absentee ballot.
In Wisconsin, state law prohibits the use of unmanned drop boxes for ballots. Nevertheless, the non-legislative Wisconsin Elections Commission and other local officials unconstitutionally created hundreds of drop boxes to collect absentee ballots, including the use of unmanned drop boxes.
