The War Against "Chick-fil-A"

It isn’t easy trying to run a business in the USSA once word gets out that you do not endorse homosexual depravity. This is what happened to grand opening festivities for a Chick-fil-A in California:

Fans were already camped out Wednesday night to prepare for the grand opening of a new Chick-fil-A in Laguna Hills, but a protest planned for Thursday morning caused a change of plans when the company made everyone who was camped out leave.

The protest was planned by militant perverts to punish the company because President Dan Cathy has been supportive of the concept that marriage is between a man and a woman.

Fans of the chicken chain were drawn, in part, to camp out overnight because the first 100 people at a grand opening usually get a year’s worth of free meals.
Chik-fil-A — free or otherwise — has felt pressure from several U.S. cities in recent weeks to back out of scheduled grand openings. Chicago and Boston leaders vowed to block the chain from opening in their cities this week.

Dan Cathy’s endorsement of values that were universally shared until only recently has set moonbats who can tolerate no dissent on the warpath. The odious Roseanne Barr wished cancer upon Chick-fil-A customers:

“anyone who eats S%#@ Fil-A deserves to get the cancer that is sure to come from eating antibiotic filled tortured chickens 4Christ”

After even some moonbats reacted to her rhetoric with horror, Roseanne issued this heartfelt apology:

“christian liars: i never wished cancer on you at all-jesus will punish u 4 ur deceit-I said processed foods cause cancer.”

Bristol Palin, who has some experience with progressives’ “tolerance,” is still trying to figure out their conception of diversity:

So, help me understand this, liberals. Are you for true and difficult diversity — diversity of opinion, religion, and beliefs? The kind of diversity that requires talking to each other about our differences of opinion and ideas? Or just the easy kind of diversity that makes for cool advertisements?

Actually, liberal establishmentarians are willing to tolerate some diversity of thought. Even as he slams the door on attempts by Chick-fil-A to create jobs in Chicago, ex-ballerina Mayor Rahm “Dead Fish” Emanuel spreads his arms in welcome to Louis Farrakhan’s fascistic cult. Farrakhan differs from Rahmbo in that he has a redeeming quality; he opposes the sick travesty of homosexual “marriage.”
But this isn’t about diversity. To use Chicago politics alumnus Barack Obama’s phrase, its about rewarding friends — and punishing enemies. As Bristol’s mother notes:

“Chicago thuggery is a scary thing in 2012. For its politicians to think they can muscle businesses and shut them out just because they hold a differing, albeit traditional, view on an issue is a scary thing indeed.”

Chick-fil-A may be allowed to open a restaurant in Chicago after all — but only if they surrender their fundamental right of freedom of association:

Chicago Alderman Proco Joe Moreno says the door isn’t entirely closed on a new Chick-fil-A restaurant opening in his 1st ward.
Moreno told WBEZ that the owners seeking to build the restaurant have said they won’t support any groups with a political agenda, including those with an anti-gay marriage stance.
Moreno says if he gets an explicit guarantee from the franchise owner he will consider granting zoning rights to a new Chick-fil-A in Logan Square.
“If they’re serious about that, and they’re willing to put that in writing and they’re willing to adopt that. I think those are the grounds where we can move forward,” Moreno said.

The explicit guarantee would effectively establish hiring priority for politically favored perverts and apparently limit the range of social and political views the franchise owners will be allowed to hold.
Meanwhile, militant sickos are planning to attack Chick-fil-A by ruining its customers’ appetites with in-your-face displays of nauseating perversion:

The gay rights group Equality Illinois is launching a campaign against Chick-Fil-A – petitioning universities and lawmakers to evict the fast food restaurant from their campuses and planning a “kiss-in” campaign by gay and lesbian couples outside Chick-Fil-A restaurants. …
At the “kiss-in,” Equality Illinois says, “LGBT supporters will show their disdain for Chick-Fil-A’s policies with public displays of affection in front of their restaurants.”

Chick-fil-A’s policies fall completely within highly restrictive laws that forbid any sort of “discrimination” against perverts. The point is to punish the company for Cathy’s personal views.
Advocates of homosexual degeneracy and the devout liberals who swallow their disgust and dutifully bob their heads in agreement will tell you that conservatives ought to mind their own business regarding repugnant perversions that spread lethal diseases. But this isn’t about tolerating private practices. This is about public acceptance of a morally loathsome lifestyle being imposed by force.
