First off....Who and what is Dominion Voting Systems?

Dominion voting systems is a Canadian based company that produces products intended to aid in elections. They have products for everything election-related including building the election, voting and tabulating, tallying and reporting, and auditing the election, according to their website. They boast to have “Comprehensive, non-alterable audit logs” as well as “Physical security seals and locks.” This company, whose US headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado, is one of the major companies that provide election hardware and software to many jurisdictions in the United States.

In 2010, Dominion Voting Software acquired Premier Election Solution, or PES, (formerly Diebold Election Systems) from Election Systems & Software (ES&S), which is another major player in the election hardware/software market in the United States. So who Owns Dominion Voting Systems now?

It appears that a company called Staple Street Capital LLC owns Dominion Voting Systems according to Bloomberg. New Right Network is aware of claims that a company called Avid Technology is connected to Dominion Voting Systems but has been unable to verify that connection at this time. We are researching and will update this article accordingly if a verifiable connection is found.

Staple Street Capital LLC is a privately owned company based in New York. It is not a publicly-traded company so there is no outside ownership reported. Bloomberg lists the Executives and board members. This information is now available, but it is important to note that NBC reported in 2019 that these big voting machine companies had come under scrutiny for secrecy involving their ownership, security, oversite, and finances.

The name changing, secrecy, and selling of these companies that we use to have “secure elections” is alarming. New Right Network reported in 2018 on Diebold, the company whose name changed to Premier Election Solutions and is now owned by Dominion Voting Systems. Trying to trace the ownership and implementation of these voting systems can be a dire task, as the information is not uniformly available and leads to many dead ends.

Historical Problems with Voting Systems

There are several types of vote tallying that can be used in elections. Other than the traditional hand-counting method, digital voting machines offer a variety of options. According to Ballotpedia, these types of voting options are optical scan paper ballots, direct-recording electronic systems, and ballot-marking devices and systems. A list of the descriptions of these, along with what each state uses can be found here.

As with any method, there is some error that occurs. When everything is happening as it is supposed to, that error is inconsequential.

Contrary to what some might claim, software “glitches” do not result in widespread vote changes. Software is programmed to complete an action and in the event that something malfunctions, it would more likely present as a more obvious problem. When an issue occurs, like switching votes cast for one candidate to another it is more likely the result of programming.

Following the 2016 Election when widespread claims of Russia “hacking the election” were being reported daily, our digital voting systems were brought to the forefront. We now know that the Russia claims were, in fact, disinformation. However, the Guardian reported in 2019 that “the Russians successfully breached at least one company [voting system] and installed malware on the company network.” Moreover, they continued that “Intelligence agencies expect cyberattacks from Russia, China, and other nations against America’s democracy to continue in 2020.”

There has, historically, been much concern about the security and vulnerability of voting machines. The same Guardian article cited an example that came out of the 2017 Defcon hacking conference. Computer scientists released a report on how they hacked voting systems and the subpar computer programming found on them. Despite concerns, specifically raised just last year by the left, the use of these machines continued. Specifically, in Georgia, it was reported that they rushed to switch over to Dominion Voting Systems in all precincts ahead of the 2020 election despite critics saying that it will leave elections vulnerable.

The AJC reported that Andrew Appel, an election security expert at Princeton University, said that “the touchscreen ballot-marking devices and optical scanners of the new system are easily hackable.” This is the type of device that Dominion Voting Systems installed in Georgia. Moreover, there was an ongoing federal lawsuit asking a judge to order Georgia to hand-marked paper ballots. The lawsuit “argues that ballot-marking devices could be tampered with or fail to produce accurate results.”

Dominion Voting Systems and the 2020 General Election

All of this information is important in understanding what is happening now. Post-2020 General Election there have been many claims of voting irregularities and “glitches.” In Michigan, a clerk reported a “glitch” that caused 6000 votes cast for President Trump to be tabulated for Candidate Joe Biden. Once this was discovered and manually fixed, it changed the outcome of the county in favor of President Trump. Another reported “glitch” in Georgia caused voting software to be down for several hours on Election Day after an “overnight upload.”

Learning what we have about these systems and their programs and statically what is true about software glitches, it is increasingly unlikely that a glitch occurred. We know that concerns about these voting machines, specifically the Dominion Voting System machines, were raised prior to this election by the Democrats. The vulnerabilities of hacking these machines have already been exposed and well documented.

The president has been warning of the possibility of voter fraud in the 2020 election for months. More impressively, the Democrats have talked about a ‘rigged election’ since 2016. They have highlighted the vulnerabilities of our system, demanded transparency, and heavily warned of a ‘stolen election.’ Even going so far as to advising Candidate Joe Biden to “not concede under any circumstances.” Given all that we know, it would be prudent to investigate any and all claims of voting irregularities, including ones that defy statistics like Benford’s Law, to ensure a free and fair election – no matter the outcome.

Hammer and Scorecard Connection

It is important to note the Dominion Voting Systems software’s presence in our voting system. It has been called out previously for being “easily hacked.” This software is used all over the country, including every single key swing state. If a computer scientist at a “hacking convention” can successfully hack a voting machine, then it can be deduced that someone with a great deal of knowledge would be able to do the same.

For those that do not know, Hammer is a software developed for the CIA designed to penetrate secure systems (like voting systems) without detection. While this was originally designed to be used only against foreign countries, whistleblower, and the person who designed the software, Dennis Montgomery revealed that under the Obama administration this software was used to surveille domestically.

This software designed for the CIA could have easily been used to access the already vulnerable voting systems. Used along with the app “Scorecard” this could have led to a premeditated attempt to switch votes. Scorecard works in conjunction with Hammer to change votes at a rate of just 3% during the data transfer portion of voter tabulation. The results would have been slight enough that poll workers may not have noticed the discrepancy.

Dominion Voting System claims that their voting systems have “Comprehensive, non-alterable audit logs.” Could that mean that a footprint was left that could be the “forensic evidence” that Sydney Powell, attorney to General Flynn, spoke about? As more and more evidence is revealed of irregularities in voting tabulation, it is a reasonable move to request that all irregularities are examined and an audit of all votes tallied through these machines be completed.

Concerning Connections with Dominion Voting Systems

Hidden in plain sight is the fact the Dominion Voting Systems is connected to the infamous Clinton Foundation. On the Clinton Foundation website, there is a “commitment to action” on the DELIAN project with none other than – Dominion Voting Systems. The Clinton Foundation has been under fire for numerous scandals in the past not to mention that former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton herself has a stake in the present election.

Clinton has stated on numerous occasions that President Trump is an ‘illegitimate president’ and alleged that the 2016 election was ‘stolen from her.’  Moreover, she was the person who advised candidate Joe Biden to “not concede under any circumstances.” At the very least, this connection is odd.

Media Blackout on Hammer and Scorecard

With valid questions being asked about the transparency of this election, the media continues to assert that “widespread voter fraud does not exist.” This is after four years of almost non-stop reporting on “Russia Collusion” where the main talking point was “Russia hacking our voting systems.” Not only that, Fox News, who recently iced out their voter base by joining the left-leaning media, reported in 2019 that someone was able to buy a “key” of the internet that gave them access to our voting machines!

More evidence is being brought to light almost daily. Most recently Gateway Pundit reports that another “glitch” was uncovered, this time in Wisconsin that will result in a 19,500-vote gain for President Trump. This change will make the race in Wisconsin a toss-up although it was previously called for candidate Joe Biden by most major News Networks.

The mainstream media seems intent on refusing to acknowledge the voter fraud that they warned of is potentially happening. They have even went as far as calling candidate Joe Biden “President-Elect.” Projected calls by the media do not decide elections. When an election is this highly contested, the media should refrain from making calls. In the event that the alleged voter fraud is not only proven but swings the election, there could be major ramifications of this early call.

More than 20,000 absentee ballots in Pennsylvania have impossible return dates and another more than 80,000 have return dates that raise questions, according to a researcher’s analysis of the state’s voter database.

Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out—an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have a return date earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.

Look...in most elections, the majority of votes are cast "down the ticket" - meaning, a voter supports both party's presidential nominee and state Congressional candidates. In fact, according to Pew Research, "overwhelming shares of voters who are supporting Trump and Biden say they are also supporting the same-party candidate for Senate."

Typically, this means that that the number of votes for a presidential candidate and that party's Senate candidates are relatively close.

Follow along....Twitter user "US Rebel" (@USRebellion1776), found that the number of votes cast for Joe Biden far exceeds those cast for that state's Senate candidates in swing states, while those cast for Trump and GOP Senators remains far closer. IF THAT IS NOT FISHY HELL What is?

 

In Michigan, for example, there was a difference of just 7,131 votes between Trump and GOP candidate John James, yet the difference between Joe Biden and Democratic candidate Gary Peters was a staggering 69,093.

 

 

In Georgia, there was an 818 vote difference between Trump and the GOP Senator, vs. a 95,000 difference between Biden and the Democratic candidate for Senator. 

 

Yet, in two non-swing states, there was "no massive flood of mysterious empty Biden votes," leading US Rebel to suggest "It's fraud."

 

In Wyoming, the difference on the Democratic side is is just 725 votes, while in Montana the difference is 27,457.

What's going on here? If it were "never-Trumpers" pairing Biden with their GOP Congressional picks, wouldn't one expect fewer votes for Trump than GOP Senators?

Hunter Biden’s “Hard Drive Gate” has showed us that the Biden family got their hands on tremendous wealth from the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) by stabbing the United States in the back. Hunter Biden was the person who took charge of the corruption trade with the CCP back in 2012. From one of the emails released, the person named after “Big guy” received 10% of the shares in the joint venture between Hunter Biden and the Chinese Communist Party. In another released email, James Biden (Joe’s Brother) talked about ‘outrageous acquisitions‘ with “the O” who many people believe is Barack Obama. Reported assets of $3.2 million after $16 million windfall

Joe Biden's financial disclosures showing he reaped a $16 million windfall when he concluded his second term as vice president while declaring assets of between $1.5 million and $3.2 million raises an obvious question.

Where did all the money go?

Just the News reported Biden's tax returns show he and his wife Jill earned $11 million in 2017, mostly on book and speaking fees, $4.6 million in 2018 and $985,0009 last year.

But when he filed a federal financial disclosure form earlier this year to run for president, Just the News pointed out, the Bidens listed assets only of between $1.5 million and $3.2 million.

It is estimated the Bidens should have listed about $9 million in assets in their most recent disclosure forms.

 Major discrepancies with the difference of approximately $6 million. What else are we missing?". The money he gave a cut to "The Muslim Guy"!

There is some vagueness in the federal disclosure forms. JTN noted.

"The Bidens, like all candidates, don't have to list on the disclosure report their personal home in Wilmington, Del., against which for a long time they carried a mortgage and line of credit, totaling between $750,000 and $1.5 million, according to Biden's last financial disclosure form when he served as vice president in 2016. The current form shows those debts have been paid."

And they reported donations of $100,000 to Biden's foundation, $150,000 to a foundation named for his son Beau and other contributions.

Miller said it was "odd" that a Delaware beach house purchased in 2017 for a reported $2.7 million and a Wilmington house were not disclosed.

Biden family's financial records have come under greater scrutiny since the bombshell New York Post story last week presenting evidence that Joe Biden personally profited from Hunter Biden's efforts to leverage access to his father during Biden's term as vice president.

One email shows an apparent equity share, with "Big H," believed to be Hunter Biden, delivering a 10% payout to "the big guy," allegedly Joe Biden himself.

Joe Biden Exploited S-Corporation Loophole to Avoid Payroll.

 

The establishment media is all aflutter Monday after a New York Times story over the weekend about incumbent GOP President Donald Trump’s tax records, but it turns out Democrat candidate former Vice President Joe Biden used a series of tax code loopholes to avoid paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes over the years.

Back in August, the Wall Street Journal’s Chris Jacobs exposed how the Biden family structured what is called an “S-Corp” to avoid paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes.

“How the Bidens Dodged the Payroll Tax,” was Jacobs’ headline on Aug. 10.

In it, the Journal details how the Bidens set up an S-Corporation to avoid paying more than half a million dollars in taxes they would have otherwise owed.

“Joe Biden responded to President Trump’s partial suspension of payroll-tax collections with a statement calling it the ‘first shot in a new, reckless war on Social Security,’” Jacobs wrote. He continued: “‘Our seniors and millions of Americans with disabilities are under enough stress without Trump putting their hard-earned Social Security benefits in doubt.’ Mr. Biden’s objections might be more persuasive had he and his wife, Jill, not gone out of their way to avoid funding seniors’ entitlement benefits. According to their tax returns, in 2017 and 2018 the Bidens and his wife Jill avoided payroll taxes on nearly $13.3 million in income from book royalties and speaking fees. They did so by classifying the income as S-corporation profits rather than taxable wages.”

Jacobs continued in his expose by noting the corporation the Bidens established to avoid paying the payroll taxes on millions of dollars in income amounts to more than half a million dollars in taxes that Joe and Jill Biden did not pay.

“According to the Urban Institute, a couple featuring one high earner and one average earner, retiring this year, will have paid a total of $209,000 in Medicare taxes during their working lives,” Jacobs wrote. “The Bidens avoided paying nearly twice that much in Medicare taxes during two years. The maximum payroll tax affected by Mr. Trump’s suspension is $1,984—less than 1/250th of the amount the Bidens avoided in 2017-18. The Bidens didn’t avoid any Social Security tax, which applied only to the first $127,200 of income in 2017 and $128,400 in 2018. But they would under Mr. Biden’s tax plan, which would impose the 12.4% Social Security tax on income over $400,000; the same loophole he used in 2017-18 would shield him from his own tax. And how can Mr. Biden claim to protect Medicare and ObamaCare when he avoided more than $500,000 in taxes that fund the two programs? The media have largely ignored the Bidens’ accounting legerdemain, fixating on Mr. Trump’s tax returns instead. But at least the president isn’t looking to raise taxes on everyone else.”

The Wall Street Journal is hardly the only outlet to illustrate how the Bidens used this tax code loophole of creating an S-Corporation to save themselves from paying hundreds of thousands—perhaps now millions—of dollars in taxes over the years.

“The former vice president and 2020 presidential contender and his wife Jill Biden reported about $10 million in income in 2017 from a pair of S-corporations, CelticCapri and Giacoppa,” Mercado wrote in CNBC. “The two entities were paid for the couple’s book deals and speaking gigs. That mean any amounts the Bidens received as a distribution wasn’t subject to the 15.3% combined Social Security and Medicare tax. Here’s how it works. S-corporations pay their employee shareholders in two ways: wages and distributions.The S-corps reported another $3.2 million in income in 2018.”

In other words, on much of the income Joe and Jill Biden generated through the corporations they established to pay themselves—CelticCapri and Giacoppa are the names of the two so-called S-Corporations—they did not have to pay payroll taxes collected to fund Social Security and Medicare.

Those on the left are not happy with the Bidens over the hypocrisy, either. The Intercept’s Ryan Grim in 2019 noted Biden has used Delaware corporation laws to hide his financial information from the American people.

“The Bidens have used their home state’s financial privacy laws to shield his income from public view, by setting up two tax- and transparency-avoidance vehicles known as S corporations,” Grim wrote. “He and his wife Jill Biden called them CelticCapri Corp. and Giacoppa Corp., respectively, and, according to the Wall Street Journal, have reported more than $13 million in profits the previous two years that weren’t subject to specific disclosure or self-employment taxes. As CNBC has described, money Biden made from book deals and speeches flowed into the S corporations and was then remitted to Biden and his wife as ‘distributions’ rather than salary. When money is funneled through an S corporation, the recipient doesn’t owe Social Security or Medicare taxes on it, nor can the source of revenue be traced. (In addition to the distributions, the Bidens drew relatively small salaries from the S Corporations: under half a million dollars, for which they owed self-employment taxes.)”

What’s more, as Ryan Ellis from the Center for a Free Economy wrote in a Washington Examiner op-ed last year, the last budgets from the Barack Obama and Joe Biden administration called for an end to this loophole allowing S-Corporations to avoid payroll taxes.

That means Barack Obama, the former Democrat president of the United States, does not support what Biden has established in these S-Corporations to avoid payroll tax liability on millions of dollars in income.

Contrary to the false impression in the New York Times story, Donald Trump did not avoid taxes. He prepaid them.

By the way Contrary to Dumb Democrat conception....

and belief Donald Trump does not stay up at night licking a pencil doing his own taxes on Turbo Tax! He has a battery of Accountants do it for him.

 

So here are the facts!  

In 2016 and 2017, he requested and got an extension to file his returns. 

As required, he made an estimated tax payment of $1 million in 2016 and $4.2 million in 2017.

Then, it turned out that he did not owe that much in taxes, but rather than demand the money back, he let the IRS keep it and apply it to any future tax he owed.

 So when he only paid $750 in taxes for the first two years of his presidency, it was because he had already overpaid during the two previous years and just reduced his payment by that amount.

Over the longer term, Trump overpaid his taxes by $72 million. Because some of that overpayment was more than two years earlier, he was not allowed to offset it against current taxes.

But Obama changed the law to allow taxpayers to go further back and he offset his tax liability in future years by citing his overpayment.

So to all you MORONS.. WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND TAX LAW....Donald Trump did not avoid paying taxes; he prepaid them.

Many taxpayers overpay or have more withheld from their paychecks than they end up owing in taxes. They look forward to a deserved refund each year. Some even use the process as a way of saving money.

All that Trump did differently was to leave the money at the IRS and take the refund over several years. I bet Jeff Bezos and the New York Times do not do this!

And since no good deed goes unpunished in politics, he is also being skewered for taking a charitable tax deduction of $119 million for agreeing not to build homes on a 200-acre plot in Westchester, New York, and a similar one in Los Angeles.

In each case, Trump bought the property planning to build a golf course and homes on them. Both times, the local zoning board refused to allow the development.

So Trump donated the right to develop this land to charity and took a deduction of $119 million, called a charitable easement. Do any dumb Liberals even understand what that means? I am sure not..

The word was "invented" by the Soviets as a psychological hammer to shame the Russian People into submitting to their world communist agenda.

So now... The word “racist” has for a long time been the single most effective fear-word in the leftist and multiculturalist arsenal. For decades, they have successfully used it in the political arena to slander traditionalists, shut down debate, and leave opponents running for cover. In the social arena, they have caused even more damage by using it to brainwash impressionable children and young college students, and to teach people to hate their nation, their cultural traditions, and worst of all, themselves.

What surprisingly remains almost totally undiscussed, even on the hard core traditionalist Right, is the word’s origin. 

Did it come from a liberal sociologist? 

A 60’s Marxist college professor? 

 Perhaps a politician in the Democratic Party? 

No. It turns out that the word was invented by none other than one of the principal architects of the 74-year Soviet nightmare, the founder and first leader of the infamous Red Army, Leon Trotsky.

This is Leon Trotsky’s 1930 work, “The History of the Russian Revolution”, from which shown above is a passage. The last word in that passage is “расистов”, whose Latin transliteration is “racistov”, i.e., “racists”. This work here is the first time in history one will ever find that word.

My more doubtful readers may check the internet, the microfiche and microfilm at the local library, as well as the numerous books arrayed along the shelves there, but they shall never find an earlier usage of the word “racist” than Trotsky’s coinage of the word here.

So the next logical question is what was Leon Trotsky’s purpose in inventing this word? To find out, let us look at a full English translation of the paragraph we looked at before.

The Slavophiles which Trotsky alluded to were historically a group of traditionalist Slavs who valued greatly their native culture and way of life, and wanted to protect it.Trotsky on the other hand saw them and others like them as an impedement to his internationalist communist plans for the world. This man didn’t care one iota about the Slavic Russians whom he supposedly served. To him, Slavophiles, i.e. Slavs that committed the “crime” of loving their own people and trying to protect their traditional ways were simply “backward”, and others like them were simply “racists”.

The reality of the word’s origin is indeed quite a far cry from the left-liberal version of the story: that the word was coined in bona fides to identify people who were just plain bigoted against certain racial groups, and as a rallying cry for good liberals to protect the racial minorities from the bigots. 

On the contrary, the actual concept behind the word (even though he hadn’t invented it quite yet) — that ethnocentric “backwardness” must take a back seat to “enlightened” internationalism — was often used by Army-Navy Commissar Trotsky as a rallying cry for good Red Army communists to embark upon murderous rampages against peoples who resisted having their traditional way of life paved over and replaced with an alien system.

Fast-forwarding to today in the 21st century, the only changes to the word and its underlying concept from 1930 (besides Marxists having perfected the art of achieving the same thing with less blood but no less misery) are that the word’s targets have expanded from just Slavs who won’t submit to the Marxist internationalist plan to uproot and destroy their culture and traditional way of life, to all white people, Slavic or otherwise, who won’t submit to that same vile Marxist plan. Also, those who arm themselves with the word have expanded from a handful of communists to the entire liberal and neoconservative establishment in nations all across the world.

Leon Trotsky, after helping Lenin to create the Soviet murder machine in which he and Trotsky killed 1 to 4 million people, was removed from power and expelled from the Soviet Union in the year 1929 after losing a power struggle to become Lenin’s successor to Josef Stalin. However, before fading into the pages of history, Leon Trotsky would do one last thing in 1930 that would arguably cause more damage to the West than Stalin and his successors’ entire Soviet nuclear arsenal could ever have done. He would invent a word that would empower literally the most rotten, traitorous weasels within the West to redefine those loyal to their people, their cultural traditions and way of life as the worst evil, and to send the government, the education system, and the mass media on an absolute royal crusade until they themselves and virtually everyone else around them actually believe it. And this unholy creation would be repeated over and over again, bolstered by fake history fabricated by more of the same rotten weasels falsely portraying the white man as the sole perpetrator of slavery and genocide in the world, and this would go on and on until the West would submit via demoralization to the entire Trotskyist internationalist agenda without a single shot being fired.
