Obama is killing America and there is very little we can do except Revolution and a change in Regime to fix this problem...

Crumbling Global Economy Passes Point of No Return

World economic crisis
As bad as the global economy is right now, it is unfortunately going to get far worse. Many central banks around the world are now racing to devalue their currencies through the implementation of debt monetization programs and low interest rates. Despite statements coming out of the G20 saying otherwise, many insiders and former insiders are fully admitting that there is an on-going global currency war and that this war is accelerating. The Bank of Japan’s recent announcement of a massive bond purchase program is the latest episode in an already sorry state of affairs. It is a historical fact that prosperity has never been obtained by devaluing a nation’s money which makes it all the more insane that the central planners are actually trying to sell the general public on these policies. In fact if monetary devaluation resulted in economic growth, Zimbabwe which recently experienced a period of rampant hyperinflation would easily be the wealthiest nation in the world instead of one of the poorest. Ancient Rome had a strong monetary unit when the nation rose to prominence but degenerated after the ruling powers decided to devalue its coinage. In more recent times both the British Empire and the United States reached great heights when they maintained a sound money system. With this said, you really don’t need to be an economics guru to figure out that the result of today’s monetary policies will eventually result in a complete disaster for the global economy.
Despite all of the absurd propaganda from the major news networks, there is no question that much of the world is in a depression. The only reason there has not been a total collapse of the system is because of the fact that central banks have maintained artificially low interest rates and propped up sovereign bond markets by purchasing bonds with money that they created out of nothing. Taxpayer bailouts, stimulus programs and other nonsense haven’t helped matters either. These policies which were implemented following the crash of 2008 have simply set the world up for a much larger collapse in the future. There would have at least been an outside chance to fix the system had the central planners not intervened but now the situation is becoming increasingly hopeless. Take for example what happened in Iceland immediately following the 2008 financial crisis. The Icelandic people voted against using taxpayer money to prop up failed Icelandic banks. Even though there was a great deal of short term economic pain with foreign depositors and foreign bond holders losing billions, the country is now on the road to recovery.
On the other hand, Ireland which decided to bailout its banking system with taxpayer money is still dealing with the after effects of the crisis. In 2010, Ireland actually had to accept a bailout from the European Union and the International Monetary Fund because the government could no longer afford the burden. Just weeks ago thousands of people rightfully filled the streets of Irish cities protesting against the bank bailouts. Before the bailouts, Ireland had one of the stronger economies in the European Union with one of the lowest debt-to-GDP ratios in Europe. After the bailouts, the Irish economy has struggled even being mentioned in the same breath as Spain and Greece.
Sadly even with all of these monetary stimulus programs, the United States economy is barely treading water. It was recently reported that the U.S. economy shrunk 0.1 percent in Q4 of 2012 according to official numbers from the U.S. Commerce Department. Considering economic statistics from the government are questionable at best, it is quite possible that the real numbers are far worse. If the U.S. economy is actually shrinking with these types of monetary policies in place, it is painfully obvious that the Federal Reserve has no exit strategy from the status quo. Any attempt to defend the value of the U.S. Dollar by suspending debt purchases and raising interest rates would send the economy into a tailspin. Ben Bernanke the Federal Reserve Chairman once famously said that he would throw money out of a helicopter to keep the economy going so we should fully expect him to continue these activities. In fact, we already know through the Federal Reserve’s own policy statements that they will be continuing near zero interest rate policies well into the future. At this point that’s really all they can do since it is politically infeasible for them to tighten the purse strings so they just continue to print more and more money out of nothing.
The Federal Reserve’s bond purchasing programs have effectively fueled a rally in bonds pushing yields of various U.S. government debt instruments towards historical lows. This has fooled people into believing that U.S. government debt is a safe haven play which is astounding on so many levels. The rate of return on these debt instruments is actually negative when factoring in the real rate of inflation. The government and establishment media love to tout the Consumer Price Index or CPI as the ultimate gauge of inflation. However, the CPI doesn’t even include food and energy in its calculation thus making it a completely worthless indicator of true inflation. Maybe if people didn’t eat, didn’t use oil to heat their homes and didn’t fill their automobiles with gasoline the CPI might have some relevance.
In reality, there’s little question that that the CPI is a purposely manipulated figure designed to mislead people into believing that inflation is lower than it actually is. The CPI also provides the basis for cost of living adjustments that directly affects how much money Social Security recipients receive. This allows the government to get away with paying far less than if real inflation was used as the benchmark to calculate these adjustments. The true measure of inflation calculated using the same statistical models used by the U.S. government during the 1970s has inflation closer to 10% on an annual basis. Even if we were to assume that inflation is half of that figure, U.S. Treasury bond holders would still be getting a negative rate of return on their investment.
Cleary, this is a dangerous game that is being played by the world's central banks. Looking specifically at the Fed they announced late last year that they would be purchasing $85 billion worth of securities on a monthly basis for an indefinite period of time until unemployment is substantially reduced. This adds up to roughly $1 trillion worth of bond purchases per year which is approximately what the federal government’s annual budget deficit has been under the Obama regime. The Fed is essentially monetizing enough debt for the federal government to finance its $1 trillion annual budget deficit. In other words they are creating close to $1 trillion new dollars out of nothing and dumping it into the system. The end result is that you have a larger supply of dollars chasing the same goods and services which ultimately means there will be higher prices because each dollar will be worth less.
This policy is essentially an invisible tax on the average person because it robs them of their purchasing power. Combine this with the fact that the Obama regime actually raised taxes on poor and middle class Americans as part of the recent fiscal cliff deal and the additional burden Obama’s universal healthcare plan has placed on businesses and it is no wonder why the economy is sputtering. Not only is the currency being devalued but they are financially damaging the base from which they collect taxes. Evidence of this economic reality can be seen from a leaked internal e-mail from a Wal-Mart Vice President who stated that sales were a total disaster and that February 2013 sales were off to its slowest start in the 7 years he’s been with the company. Since average people now have less purchasing power to buy things with, it shouldn’t be any surprise that we see reports like this.
One would think sanity would prevail and the Obama regime would at least end the costly foreign wars and make a few domestic spending cuts. Since we live in a world where insanity seems to be the prevailing thought process, we are not going to see this happen. At the recent State of the Union speech Obama actually proposed more spending programs including a ridiculous multi-billion dollar universal preschool initiative. With a debt over $16 trillion, unfunded liabilities that some have argued approach $100 trillion or higher and $1 trillion annual budget deficits where do they think they’ll get the money to pay for these new programs? Either this is pure stupidity of the most epic magnitude or they are intentionally trying to destroy what’s left of the economy. Regardless of what you believe, these policies are leading us towards disaster.
As a result of these crazy policies, huge bubbles are being created in the U.S. Treasury bond market, the U.S. stock market and most importantly in the U.S. Dollar itself. Since the Fed is buying an increasing amount of bonds it has artificially propped up the market causing investors to venture into the stock market for greater returns on investment which has resulted in the Dow Jones Industrial Average hitting the 14,000 level. Contrary to what the talking head clowns on CNBC say, this is not the sign of a healthy economy but instead an indicator of gross manipulations by the Fed which has forced investors to take on more risk to achieve any real rate of return. At some point the market is going to reject these policies when fewer and fewer market participants are willing to purchase U.S. Treasury bonds at historically low yields while the U.S. Dollar is simultaneously devalued. This alone will cause the bond bubble to burst, yields to skyrocket and force the U.S. government to pay even more money to service the interest on the debt. Considering that the U.S. government is already having a difficult time making payments to service the debt with historically low yields, any reversal would be extremely problematic.
It is comical that there are still ratings agencies that rate U.S. sovereign debt with a Triple-A status considering the train wreck we are witnessing. S&P which was the one ratings agency that actually downgraded U.S. sovereign debt is now being sued by the U.S. government over inaccurate securities ratings leading up to the 2008 financial crisis. This is not an attempt to defend S&P by any means, but there are a number of questions as to why they are the only ratings agency being sued. All of the big ratings agencies were guilty of grossly exaggerating the quality of different types of securities in the years leading up to the 2008 financial crash. The only thing that differentiates S&P from the other ratings agencies is that they had the nerve to downgrade U.S. sovereign debt. This lawsuit appears to be retaliation against them for that downgrade and nothing else. If this isn’t the case, than why haven’t lawsuits been filed against all of the major ratings agencies? Clearly, each one of them was involved in some sort of chicanery leading up to the crash. With this said, there is no reason to trust what any of these major ratings firms are saying about U.S. sovereign debt. It is highly probable that their ratings of U.S. sovereign debt are being affected by the possibility that the U.S. government would threaten legal action against them if they fail to provide a favorable analysis.
It is also becoming more apparent that the central planners have been suppressing the gold and silver price as part of an effort to maintain the illusion that these debt based currencies still have value. The German Bundesbank recently announced its intention to take delivery of over half of its gold reserves by 2020 from the Fed and other central banks. The main question here is why would it take 7 years to complete this process? China has been buying huge sums of physical gold on the open market and so far have had no logistical problems receiving prompt delivery of their gold. This gives additional credence to the accusations that central banks have been leasing out physical gold as part of a scam to suppress the price. In other words, the gold that Germany is requesting delivery of is no longer available which is why the gold cannot be immediately delivered. In all likelihood, this is why an agreement was struck to deliver the gold over 7 years so the central banks could save face without having to transparently expose the gold manipulation fraud they are engaged in.
Either way, it is quite obvious that the gold and silver markets have both been manipulated for some time now. If you study the daily charts of gold and silver there are often huge price disruptions to the down side that have no fundamental explanation. If other countries follow suit and request physical delivery of their gold, this could put an end to these suppression schemes resulting in a massive upswing in the price of gold.
It is often said that gold goes where wealth is being generated. If we use that as a measuring stick it is clear that wealth is being transferred from the west over to Asia. Specifically of interest is the fact that gold is being purchased in large sums by both the Chinese and Russian governments. There is even speculation that the Chinese are preparing to officially back the Yuan with gold. We also see huge gold demand from India whose gold imports surged 23% this past January. In fact gold demand has been so strong that India just raised taxes on gold imports to try to reduce demand. Unfortunately for the west, these countries that are net buyers of gold are going to be in a very good financial position once the full effect of these debt monetization and low interest policies are felt. Gold is real money and stores value unlike the debt based garbage that these central banks are creating by typing digits into a computer.
There is very little question that the global financial system is at a point where it cannot be repaired. The policies of unlimited money creation that are currently being implemented by the Fed and other central banks are unfortunately going to continue until the entire system collapses. It is now inevitable that there will be a huge crash in the U.S. stock market, the U.S. bond market and eventually the U.S. Dollar. Gold, silver and other precious metals should perform very well as this scenario unfolds so there are safe havens available for people wishing to preserve their wealth. It is unfortunate that the only question remaining now is not if this collapse is going to happen but when this collapse is going to happen.

The Resignation of Pope Benedict and the Great Financial Collapse

A Trail of Breadcrumbs: The Resignation of Pope Benedict and the Great Financial Collapse

Source: Richard Gleaves

On Tuesday, February 12th, Pope Benedict XVI shocked the world and his congregation with news that he was resigning the papacy; this is entirely unprecedented in the modern age. The last pope to resign, Gregory XII, did so only to solve a dilemma of leadership in the church. That was 600 years ago, and it hasn’t happened since. Every pope in 600 years has died in the arms of the church.
But not this pope. Regardless of what you believe, it is hard to fathom how, within the Catholic framework, he can justify rejecting the papacy theologically or practically. Despite the advantages of medical care and luxury, despite the prospect of remaining servant of God and meeting his creator as pope, he is rejecting his position in relation to God and walking away.

When something extraordinary happens, one must look for extraordinary circumstances. I think I can explain this sudden resignation, if the reader is prepared to follow a trail of breadcrumbs, link after link in a chain that connects five men. This is not a chain of five conspirators, necessarily, but is intended to show the links between our politics, our financial gurus, and our religious leaders.

First, Barack Obama. The president is bent on running the national debt to its limit. He is pushing to eliminate the debt ceiling, and calling for chump-change revenue while the government wastes trillions pouring cash down sinkhole after sinkhole of boondoggles, swindles and schemes. Every move he makes promises a parabolic curve of rising debt. Why? There are three opinions. Firstly, it is possible that he believes increased spending is the way to save the economy; perhaps his advisors have told him that the depressionary forces of the market must be countered by an inflationary monetary policy or else the economy will collapse. The second possibility is that he knows a collapse is inevitable and is buying time, either for noble motives (sparing Americans the pain in the hope that some last minute save appears) or venal (a shopping spree of spending while the reserve status makes it possible, to secure his constituency and reward his cronies). The third opinion is more sinister. Could Obama be running up the debt to cause the collapse? Who would stand to benefit? And what would happen afterwards? It is difficult to believe that this is the case. How would the man look in the mirror?

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/02/08/opinion/krugman-kick-that-can.html
The second link is Paul Volcker. Volcker is former chairman of the Federal Reserve. He knows the dangers of monetary inflation, having fought back the post-Nixon Shock inflationary wave of the 70s. He was Obama’s advisor on the financial crisis until January, 21st2011. On that date, he resigned his position, ceding it to G.E. CEO Jeffrey Immelt. What had he been working on in his last months? In September 2010, a self-appointed group convened at the grand Palais-Royal in Paris for what became known as the Palais-Royal Initiative. These men were former central bankers from around the world, acting (we are told) on their own. The group was assembled by Tommaso Padoa-Schioppa, an Italian banker considered to be the“Father of the Euro”. (He is also adored by George Soros, who named his own Euro-solution the “Padoa-Schioppa plan”) The purpose of the Palais-Royal initiative? To create a framework for the next phase of monetary policy.
On December 18th, just before the penultimate meeting of the group, Padoa-Schioppa died, and the third man in our trail of breadcrumbs appears. The new leader of the Palais-Royal group: Michel Camdessus, French economist and former Managing Director of the IMF. The group came to its conclusion. The report of the Palais-Royal Initiative, issued in January of 2011 (and revised the next month) calls for the creation of a supranational banking power, outside the control of any government, which would issue the global reserve currency in the form of SDRs, a unit of account created at Bretton Woods in 1944. Essentially, Camdessus’ old colleagues at the IMF (and the Bank of International Settlements) want to take over international finance. We can't blame them for trying, right? Camdessus presented the document to French President Sarkozy, and the report was disseminated on October 5th, 2011 among the papers of the G-20, appearing on the abstract as a paper written specifically for the G-20.

http://www.global-currencies.org/smi/gb/telechar/news/Rapport_Camdessus-integral.pdf

One may well imagine the response to this paper: "This new banking takeover might work, Monsieur Camdessus, but is it right? Is it moral?" And now the Vatican comes in. We come to our fourth name, that of Cardinal Peter Turkson. Turkson is president of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace. On October 23rd, 2011 (18 days after the G-20 presentation) the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace surprised many by coming out with a proposal that damned “the idolatry of the market” and called for a supranational banking authority identical to the one recommended by the Palais-Royal group. What are the chances? Coincidence? Not when you look on the list of advisors to the Council. There among the names is Michel Camdessus.

http://www.justpax.it/pcgp/eng/membri.html

And so we come to the last name on our list, full circle to Pope Benedict XVI. Why is he stepping down so unexpectedly? The answer is to be found, I believe, in the name of the man considered to have the best odds of being our next pope: Cardinal Peter Turkson. According to the Pope’s own brother, Benedict is tormented by the “Vatileaks” scandal, involving leaked Vatican documents indicating money laundering and corruption. This is not to say that Benedict himself is implicated, but he may well be resigning to protect the church, as acquiescence to someone’s threat to release more. Who would possess such documents? The financiers who are on the opposite side of the Vatican trades, naturally. Those financiers who want a new pope in power:Peter Turkson, who is fully on board, and who will declare the IMF schemes to be moral and just when the time comes, a man who is unassailable due to his skin color, who will be commanding the obedience of 1.2 billion Catholics.

If there is any truth to these speculations, whether you believe in a divinity or you don’t, I think you can appreciate and share the sentiment: God help us all.

Jesse Jackson Junior just like the Senior Jackson... a conniving criminal CROOK!

Jesse Jackson Jr Charged With Stealing $750,000 In Campaign Cash Used To Purchase "Fur Capes And Parkas" And Much More

LIKE FATHER LIKE SON... THUGS THIEVES AND PROGRESSIVE AFRICAN AMERICAN HOODLUMS ... SAME ILK AS MAXINE WATERS AND AL SHARPTON...

They are all Shake down crooks. If you take the percentages of African Americans in our population and the number of them that are Thugs thieves Crooked Politicians Federal Government Bureaucrats, and other forms of LOW LIFE.... you will see that something is wrong with their culture... maybe the slave shit impregnated their skulls or is it just the color of the skin and the DNA ? Its rampant in Africa too... so it can't be all about just people.

Oh yeah people can call me a racist because of this observation... but you tell me are not the facts the facts ??

I am not Racists... I admire and like Alan West, and Mia Love and JC Watts and Dr. Carlson others.. I despise the money grabbers of all colors ... but I am just commenting on the percentages...

What do you say ??

And so the surreal criminal saga of former Illinois Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. ("JJJR", "Junior" or just "Jackson") has ended. Jackson, 47, a prominent Chicagoan son of the civil-rights leader of the same name for the handful of people who are unaware, was a national co-chairman of President Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign and an advocate of traditional Democratic Party constituencies. He disappeared in June, and it was later revealed that he was being treated at the Mayo Clinic for bipolar disorder and gastrointestinal issues, although now it appears kleptomania may have been one of the afflictions treated too. He returned to his Washington home in September but went back to the clinic the next month. As Bloomberg summarizes, "he pushed to maintain government support for the poor, including welfare, assistance for heating bills and the Head Start early education program." He certainly was very generous with other people's money.
So generous, in fact, that hours ago he was charged with "misusing", also known as stealing, some $750,000 in campaign funds for purchases including a $43,350 gold Rolex watch, $5,150 for fur capes and parkas, $9,588 worth of "children's furniture", Michael Jackson and Bruce Lee memorabilia and much more.
At the same time Jackson’s wife, Sandra Stevens Jackson, was charged in a separate case with filing false tax returns. She faces a maximum penalty of three years in prison. Junior's charge has a maximum term of five years in prison. More importantly, he is sorry (to be caught, we can only surmise): "I want to offer my sincerest apologies to my family, my friends and all of my supporters for my errors in judgment and while my journey is not yet complete, it is my hope that I am remembered for the things that I did right."
We hope Jackson's career-ender is a shining beacon of light what happens when the "misuse" of other people's money is finally exposed, especially, as the case may be, when once it finally all runs out.
From Bloomberg:
No court dates have been set.

William Miller, a spokesman for U.S. Attorney Ronald Machen in Washington, declined to comment on the charges.

Jackson’s wife will plead guilty to one count of tax fraud, her lawyers, Dan Webb and Tom Kirsch of Winston & Strawn LLP, said in a statement.

“Ms. Jackson has accepted responsibility for her conduct, is deeply sorry for her actions, and looks forward to putting this matter behind her and her family,” according to the statement.
Jackson, who ended a career of almost 17 years in the U.S. Congress by resigning in November, won a special election for a vacant House seat in 1995 and began serving on Dec. 12 of that year. He subsequently never garnered less than 81 percent of the general-election vote in his district on Chicago’s South Side until last year when he won a 10th House term with 63 percent.

His wife resigned her Chicago alderman seat last month.

Jackson was a national co-chairman of President Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign and an advocate of traditional Democratic Party constituencies. He pushed to maintain government support for the poor, including welfare, assistance for heating bills and the Head Start early education program.

Jackson was caught up in the scandal surrounding former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich’s attempts to sell an appointment to Obama’s former Senate seat. Identified in court papers as “Senate Candidate 5” who was willing to raise money for the governor’s re-election, Jackson denied the allegations and said he wasn’t a target in the federal probe.

Blagojevich was convicted in June 2011 and sentenced to 14 years in prison.

Educated at the elite Washington prep school St. Albans, Jackson graduated from North Carolina A&T State University in 1987. He earned a master’s degree in theology from Chicago Theological Seminary and a law degree from University of Illinois College of Law.
And since everyone only wants to know just what "memorabilia" and other trinkets he spent $750,000 of taxpayer money on, here is the list from the conspiracy charge:
  • $43,350 gold-plated Rolex;
  • $9,587.64 worth of children's furniture;
  • $5,150 worth of fur capes and parkas
  • $1,553 porcelain collector's items
And then this:

Chris Kyle was assasinated by the Obama Cabal

Eddie Ray Routh's sister alleges Routh told her he "sold his soul for a new truck." Will we ever hear from him again?

Chris Kyle's assassin was a paid hit man who was classified a "nut job" and did the job for the Hussein Cabal... there are too much circumstantial evidence.

Will we hear from him again ? NOPE !   He has been classified as nuts and so the law will allow him to live out his days far away or he will be killed.

Either way he has served his purpose for the Hussein Cabal... who basically said... yo make a noise against us and we will KILL YOU !! This has a chilling effect on dissent!!

ARE WE AFRAID YET ?? WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR ?? WHERE ARE OUR BRAVE LEADERS ?? WHO WILL DARE THE CABAL TO ARREST THEM?

NEWT ?? SEAN ?? LIMBAUGH ?? LEVIN ??? ALAN WEST ??/ SOMEBODY ??? ALL OF YOU ???

WE ARE WAITING FOR THAT SINGLE ACT THAT WILL LIGHT THE FIRE!!

The Hypocricy of the Obama Cabal is blatant towards Christianity.

USA Trying to Deport Christian Homeschooling Family Knowing They Face Persecution

romeike_family_2

Uwe and Hannelore Romeike are Christians and the parents of six children.  When their kids attended the German public schools, they were bullied and harassed because of being Christians.  The parents began looking into the schools and what their kids were being taught.  They found a number of objectionable and inappropriate things in the textbooks that they didn’t want their kids learning.
They strongly believed that their children would receive a better education grounded in biblical principles by being schooled at home rather than having their children indoctrinated by the German schools.  Uwe said:
“We knew that homeschooling would not be an easy journey.”
However, the German government had made homeschooling illegal and actively pursued Christian families who tried to homeschool their children.  In 2008, the Romeike family was ripped apart when government officials stepped in and forcibly removed the kids from the home.  The parents were fined thousands of euros.
Their only hope was to seek political asylum in a country that allowed Christians to homeschool, so they applied to the US for asylum.  A US immigration judge ruled in 2010 that the family did face persecution from the German government and granted the Romeike family political asylum.  The family moved and settled in Tennessee.
Remember at last month when President Obama issued his Religious Freedom Day proclamation?  He said:
“Today, we also remember that religious liberty is not just an American right; it is a universal human right to be protected here at home and across the globe. This freedom is an essential part of human dignity, and without it our world cannot know lasting peace.”
“As we observe Religious Freedom Day, let us remember the legacy of faith and independence we have inherited, and let us honor it by forever upholding our right to exercise our beliefs free from prejudice or persecution…”
Here’s how he lives up to his statement.
US Attorney General Eric Holder and the Department of Homeland Security are fighting the political asylum status.  Holder claims that the family’s fundamental rights have not been violated by Germany’s law forbidding families from homeschooling.  They have asked the courts to withdraw the family’s political asylum and have them deported back to Germany.
The Home School legal Defense Association (HSLDA) is representing the Romeikes family and fighting to have them stay in the US.  They say that:
“The U.S. law of asylum allows a refugee to stay in the United States permanently if he can show that he is being persecuted for one of several specific reasons. Among these are persecution for religious reasons and persecution of a ‘particular social group.’”
“In most asylum cases, there is some guesswork necessary to figure out the government’s true motive—but not in this case. The Supreme Court of Germany declared that the purpose of the German ban on homeschooling was to ‘counteract the development of religious and philosophically motivated parallel societies.’”
“This sounds elegant, perhaps, but at its core it is a frightening concept. This means that the German government wants to prohibit people who think differently from the government (on religious or philosophical grounds) from growing and developing into a force in society.”
“The Romeikes’ case is before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. The case for the government is officially in the name of the Attorney General of the United States. The case is called Romeike v. Holder. Thus, the brief filed by the U.S. Department of Justice is filed on behalf of the attorney general himself—although we can be reasonably certain he has not personally read it. Nonetheless, it is a statement of the position of our government at a very high level.”
“We argued that Germany is a party to many human rights treaties that contain specific provisions that protect the right of parents to provide an education that is different from the government schools. Parents have the explicit right to give their children an education according to their own philosophy.”
“While the United States government argued many things in their brief, there are three specific arguments that you should know about.”
“First, they argued that there was no violation of anyone’s protected rights in a law that entirely bans homeschooling. There would only be a problem if Germany banned homeschooling for some but permitted it for others.”
“A second argument is revealing. The U.S. government contended that the Romeikes’ case failed to show that there was any discrimination based on religion because, among other reasons, the Romeikes did not prove that all homeschoolers were religious, and that not all Christians believed they had to homeschool.”
“This argument demonstrates another form of dangerous “group think” by our own government. The central problem here is that the U.S. government does not understand that religious freedom is an individual right. One need not be a part of any church or other religious group to be able to make a religious freedom claim. Specifically, one doesn’t have to follow the dictates of a church to claim religious freedom—one should be able to follow the dictates of God Himself.”
“One final argument from Romeikes deserves our attention. One of the grounds for asylum is if persecution is aimed at a “particular social group.” The definition of a “particular social group” requires a showing of an “immutable” characteristic that cannot change or should not be required to be changed. We contend that German homeschoolers are a particular social group who are being persecuted by their government.”
If they are returned to Germany, the couple could be facing more large fines, jail time and the loss of their children.  If this is not a violation of the family’s fundamental rights, then I don’t know what is.  Perhaps more importantly to all homeschoolers in America is that if Holder wins this case, there is the possibility that it could serve as a legal precedent for Obama’s efforts to outlaw homeschooling here in the US.
What gets me really hot under the collar on this case is that Holder and the DHS are allowing nearly a million illegal aliens to remain in the US, still illegally, while trying to deport a family who only wants to homeschool their children.  When Obama penned that proclamation last month, he was lying out both sides of his mouth and had no intention of doing anything for any Christian.  He’ll leap tall buildings to defend the rights of Muslim and gays, but he’ll turn his back and walk away from Christians.  The hypocrisy of the Obama administration is enough to make me want to vomit.

CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN AND YOUR SENATOR... THIS SHIT MUST STOP...

Chris Kyle's Killer did not kill Kyle because he had PTSD.

OK So I am posting this so we continue to get to the bottom of the Chris Kyle Assassination by the Obama Cabal.

The Killer Eddie Routh did not kill just because he claimed to have PTSD.

THIS ARTICLE BELOW MAKES THE SYMPTOMS OF PTSD VERY CLEAR. THERE IS NOT ONE...THATS RIGHT NOT ONE INCIDENCE OF CONNECTING A MURDER TO PTSD.

SO HOW HOW COME ONLY AN ANTI OBAMA PATRIOT IS KILLED BY THE ONLY MAN  IN CLINICALLY RESEARCHED MEDICAL JOURNALS WHO WOULD HAVE KILLED SOMEONE BECAUSE OF HIS PTSD.

REALLY ??

SOUND VERY FISHY DOESN'T IT ??

WE HAVE GUYS COMING BACK FROM VIETNAM TO IRAQ TO AFHANISTAN  WITH PTSD

AND THE ONLY GUY WHO MURDERS SOMEONE IN COLD BLOOD

IS  SOMEONE WHO IS ANTI OBAMA

AND KILLED MUSLIMS JIHADIS ??

REALLY NOW ??

Are veterans (or police officers) with Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) a danger on the streets?  Are combat veterans with PTSD returning home as “trained killers?”

We have all read these newspaper headlines:  “PTSD made him a Murderer!”  “Psychologist:   Killer has PTSD!”  “War damaged vet kills girlfriend; PTSD to blame?”  “Officer uses PTSD defense for strangling, battering his wife.”HERE ARE SOME CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY FACTS!!
But what about the actual PTSD symptoms? What are they, and do they typically include violent behaviors, like murder?

Simply put, PTSD is “fear” based, not “aggression” based. The DSM-IV-R (Diagnostic Statistical Manual, Revised) is clear. In brief, the primary features of the this illness are:

· flashbacks

· withdrawal

· numbing

· hyperarousal

· and isolation.

Violence is not included. In fact, not one single research study exists linking violent behavior with the diagnosis of PTSD. While, anger and agitation are common symptoms of PTSD, these feelings tend to be turned inward, contributing to making it the terribly painful disorder it is.

These are the kind of headlines making the rounds as thousands of military veterans return from our wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.  Not only is society fearing them, but some police departments are warning their personnel to “be on the watch” for veterans in general (as if you can tell them apart), with the implication that military service alone carries the threat of having the “PTSD germ.”

Defense attorneys are always open for a ready-made opportunity to suggest that a suspect was conditioned by the military into responding to any stress situations with violence—and thereby commit a murder. The media, of course, sees a story guaranteed to generate both interest and controversy throughout the extended length of a trial, and the headlines, as we have seen, inflame and arouse a variety of passions.

The unfortunate consequence of this sensationalism, sadly, is to stigmatize not only veterans with PTSD, but all PTSD sufferers, as being potentially dangerous.

This is not really new. To begin with, society has always tended to view the mentally ill as “dangerous.” Mental Health America reports that characters with mental illnesses are depicted in prime time television shows as the most dangerous of all demographic groups: 60 percent were shown to be involved in crime or violence. Also, most news accounts portray people with mental illness as dangerous. The vast majority of news stories on mental illness either focus on other negative characteristics related to people with the disorder (e.g., unpredictability and unsociability) or on medical treatments.

The result is predictable. Most citizens believe persons with mental illnesses are dangerous. Instead of improving, attitudes are getting worse: a longitudinal study of American’s attitudes on mental health between 1950 and 1996 found the proportion of Americans who describe mental illness in terms consistent with violent or dangerous behavior has nearly doubled.  Many employers, already reluctant to hire anyone with a mental illness or provide them the accommodations they might need, disregard or find creative ways to circumvent the Americans with Disabilities Act and deny employment or other rights to PTSD victims, adding to the burden already faced by returning veterans.

It is no small wonder, therefore, that we find so many police chiefs in the United States and Canada resistant to the idea that police work can lead to PTSD (and that suicide as a result is impossible).

Where do we begin, in order to address this question? Does a diagnosis of PTSD include the potential for violence?

First, we need to remember that PTSD is an injury—both emotional and physical. While it is listed as a mental illness, it is the only one listed in the DSM (Diagnostic Manual of Mental Disorders) as being caused by an external cause. Second, PTSD is caused when a person is exposed to a catastrophic event (or series of events over time) involving real or threatened death or injury to themselves or others. During exposure to that trauma, one experiences intense fear, feelings of helplessness, or horror.

There is likelihood that most people will experience a traumatic event at some time in their lifetime. Not all will suffer from PTSD, depending on a number of factors that include their individual backgrounds, their relationship to the type of trauma, the degree and manner of exposure, and other factors. Military combat and police work are particularly high-risk areas for PTSD, however, because of the intensity of the types of trauma, the frequency of traumatic events and, particularly in the case of law enforcement, the fact that traumatic events are accumulated over years and decades.

Combined with depression, it is not unusual for the sufferer to become suicidal. But a diagnosis of PTSD, in itself, does not make a person violent towards others. Again, the concern should be more that they will be a danger to themselves, not others. There is a possibility, of course, that unintentional harm could come to others as the result of a suicide attempt, not only by gunshot, but though an intentional automobile accident, jumping from a building, or any other number of self-destructive acts. John Violanti, Ph.D., in his book, “Police Suicide: Epidemic in Blue,” points out the interesting phenomenon of “suicide by suspect,” in which an officer consciously or unconsciously wishes to die and willfully involves himself in situations of extreme danger or confrontation with a criminal, thereby increasing the risk of death. Even so, in these situations the danger to others is indirect and unintentional.

The unfortunate result of this misinformation is that more and more cases are erroneously using the defense that PTSD is to blame for murders by veterans when, in fact, there were other emotional disorders and problems involved, including prior anger issues, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and substance abuse, that were more likely responsible for the individual’s violent behavior. Society already views the mentally ill as "dangerous"--we need to be very careful not to further stigmatize these people via this illness by suggesting that a violent/murderous potential exists or was the primary factor until everything has been examined.

Minimum wage laws are Bullshit and never work. It creates an underclass!!

Milton Friedman on minimum wage laws

“There are always in these cases two groups of sponsors: there are the well-meaning sponsors and there are the special interests who are using the well-meaning sponsors as front men….The special interests [in this case) are, of course, the trade unions…The do-gooders believe that by passing a law saying that nobody should get less than….whatever the minimum wage rate is you are helping poor people who need the money. You are doing nothing of the kind. What you are doing is to ensure that people whose skills are not sufficient to justify that kind of a wage will be unemployed. It is no accident that the teenage unemployment rate…is over twice as high as the overall unemployment rate. It is no accident that that was not always the case until the 1950s when the minimum wage rate was raised very drastically, very quickly. Teenage unemployment was higher than ordinary unemployment because of course the teenagers are the ones who are just coming into the labour market… but it was nothing like the extraordinary level it has now reached. It’s close to 20pc. Why? Because the minimum wage law is most properly described as a law saying that employers must discriminate against people who have low skills…The consequences of minimum wage rates have been almost wholly bad: to increase unemployment and to increase poverty. Moreover the effects have been concentrated on the groups that the do-gooders would most like to help. The people who have been hurt most by minimum wage laws are the blacks. I have often said that the most anti-negro law on the books of this land is the minimum wage rate. ”

As ever, the clarity and logic of his comments are compelling.
I would add two things. First, with the government earnings supplements that now exist – but did not when Friedman was speaking, I suspect – if there were not minimum wages some employers would offer wages well below the minimum wage because both the employer and the employee would know that the government would make up the difference. That is always the trouble with government wage supplements.
Secondly sometimes welfare benefits can take the place of minimum wage rates. You might have a very low or non-existent minimum wage. But if you have easily obtained welfare benefits, they take the place of the minimum wage. Their effect can be even more pernicious since, in some places, you can take the benefit and also work on the side.

The biggest problem with Americans today, and the politicians that pander to them, is that they make choices based on emotional effect and not on data.  This is why there’s no outrage over the budget-busting compensation of public sector employees like teachers, firefighters and police (yes, they all do important jobs, but the free market should dictate their salaries and compensation, not union thuggery and fleecing of the taxpayer), why nobody cares about all the stupid stimulus bills that had no impact other than to further increase our national debt (and hence, debt servicing costs), why people think price gouging is bad (gouging is GOOD) and of course, why Americans love a minimum wage.  To add insult to injury, Obama used emotional platitudes to highlight why America needs to raise the minimum wage yet again.  It is a terrible idea; here’s why:
  • Forced Overpayment for Labor – I’m sorry, but someone should be paid what they’re worth to the employer.  If it’s an absolutely zero skill job that just requires a body, why is the government mandating you pay them any set wage rate at all?  Think like an employer.  Consider a dishwasher.  There’s no prior experience required, no special skills and easily replaced.  Many restaurants use illegal immigrants for this type of role anyway, but let’s say they’re by the books and paying the full wage, payroll taxes (people forget about all the additional expenses business incur when something like this is proposed) and all the other costs associated with employing someone.  So, the free market would probably peg a job like that at something like $5 an hour.  But restaurants are forced to pay $7.25 due to existing minimum wage laws.  Now, you increase it even further to $9.  They’re not getting any additional productivity or profits for the money they’re paying; it’s just a government induced cost increase.  Well, one of two things happens here.  Either the profits must shrink forcing more restaurants out of business or they must raise their costs and pass it on to customers to maintain the same profit margins.  By passing it on to customers, this is essentially a tax on Americans (yet another tax increase).  You might say, “this is a typical argument and I don’t eat at restaurants”, but this applies to literally millions of jobs that touch goods and services you pay for.  From grocery store clerks to janitors, throughout the entire country, companies you buy from are going to have to pass higher costs on to you to support jobs that people were already perfectly willing to work at prevailing wages.  Teenagers take jobs at minimum wage all the time; now they’re getting an automatic raise just because their older college-age brother and sister voted for hope and change?  Unfortunately, the emotional appeal of helping poor people is getting in the way of reality and the unintended consequences.

  • I Thought Inflation Was Low? – Obama goes on to cite how tough it is to live on the current minimum wage, etc.  We’ve always heard these same arguments and even at $9, the same argument could be made.  So, why not just call it $15 an hour?  How about $25 and hour?  I mean, there’s no end to this philosophy.  On one hand, the government claims we have no inflation (see what the REAL Inflation Rate is with this real-life index) as justification to keep pissing away over $1 Trillion a year more than we take in, yet on the other hand, they’re citing rising costs and difficulty in raising a family as the need to increase the minimum wage.  Which is it?  Are things cheap in the US or not?

  • Handout Nation Has NEVER Been More Generous – There are entire books written on the topic, so I won’t go in to every nuance of the handout nation we live in, but just for starters, for a family living off 1-2 parents working the minimum wage, there are dozens upon dozens are various “government assistance” programs they’re already participating in.  When you hear about someone making $16K a year, there’s linear comparison whatsoever to say someone making $64K a year is “4 times better off” than them.  Yes, it sucks having a low income so don’t get sidetracked, but for reality’s sake, let’s consider all the additional benefits derived at that income level:  SNAP (foodstamps) to the tune of a few hundred bucks a month (could be say, $4-5K/year. Equating that to after tax income of a $64K earner, perhaps say, $7K equivalent). Someone at that income level pays no federal income tax. Free Obama phone.  Possibly housing assistance, health care assistance, various other forms of government assistance; the list goes on.

  • Buy Me a Robot – I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – Robots are Taking Over.  Before you laugh off this futuristic threat, just consider thresholds.  We all have thresholds.  You might decide to pay the extra 5 cents a gallon to buy gas at the station on your street rather than drive a few miles down the road, but if the spread is 15 cents a gallon and you’re on empty, you’ll make the trip right?  I was willing to pay for installation of the new flooring we bought at the $.99 per square foot deal being offered but my wife didn’t want that material (of course). What she wanted was $1.99/ft, so I spent a weekend putting it in myself.  We all make decisions based on thresholds.  Well, the more you increase labor, especially no-skill labor that has ANY chance of being either outsourced or automated, the more we see outsourcing and automation.  Consider the dishwasher example.  If the costs of physical labor increase enough, perhaps eventually it makes sense to just buy more dishes and buy some high-speed dishwashers!  Consider a large building with 9 janitors.  If their wages go up, then maybe they need to lay one off and get more out of the 8 or cut back on frequency of cleaning some less traveled areas.  Whatever businesses have to do to maintain or cut their existing cost structure, they will do.  So in the end, this is going to cost jobs both for minimum wage workers, while extracting a tax from consumers further impeding the recovery.  Don’t you see?
In the end, this is yet just another ploy by liberals to redistribute more wealth from working, tax paying Americans and businesses to the young and lower socioeconomic class to curry favor and buy more votes.  Anyone opposing this measure will be painted as a rich asshat, a Romney, because they don’t want to help the poor.  The problem is, this is a net negative for the country but politicians don’t care about that.  It’s all about the next election.

16 Million White Votes ‘Missing in the 2012 elections’ – Smell like Election Tampering? Why are the Republicans not concerned FOR 2014??

16 Million  White Votes ‘Missing’ – Smell like Election Tampering?

Sixteen million? That many, less inclined to come out and vote for Mitt Romney, against the radical Obamacare Obama we have come to see, who is blowing up U.S. debt beyond any hope for positive change? Compared to voting for the likes of John McCain, against Obama the moderate sounding “feel good candidate,” in 2008?
Remember just a few days ago, seeing the polls show extremely high voter intensity numbers for Republicans, compared to 2008?
Here is one example from Gallup’s, “Voters Say This Election Matters More Than Most,” 11/6.
It clearly shows voter intensity was up for Republicans compared to 2008, by their measurement at a ratio of 85 to 74. Other polls reported similar results to similar questions. Especially with more poll respondents calling themselves Republicans than in 2008, that greater qualitative measurement should have translated into a greater quantitative measurement of votes — and certainly not a great deal fewer votes. Yet, somehow, by the figures below, we are expected to believe that “the white vote” was down 16 million, which happens to translate into a whopping 16%.

Tyler Behm, Reuters
This is from the wild and wooly site, Godlike Productions and has gotten a great deal of peer review there, judging from the number of comments.
Some are chalking a lot of the drop-off in white voting to Mitt Romney’s very nasty RNC Power Grab at the Republican National Convention in Tampa and the his campaign’s alienation of Ron Paul supporters. But how could that count for so many votes missing in action, when another recourse for disaffected Paul supporters was checking or writing in Gary Johnson, the Libertarian candidate?
Were Michael Barone, Karl Rove, and Dick Morris right – along with Mitt Romney’s own expert (and astonished) election consultants?
Is there not still a very strong backlash to chimera socialist, Barack Obama and his Obamunists in Congress — just as there was in 2010 and increasingly here in Wisconsin, throughout the recount elections? I sure think so.
Was there vote fraud done in numerous ways, including destroying ballots and electronic will-o-the-wisp votes during the days and days in which votes hung  on the line, due to early voting? How about the states where votes were insanely counted by transnational SCYTL company’s systems, headquartered in Spain?
Since numerous sites are re-publishing this oringinal post, by “Anonymous Coward,” so will we:

WHERE DID 16 MILLION WHITE VOTES GO????

It is being widely reported that there were 117 million votes cast: 60 million Obama and 57+ million for Romney.
This is down 13 million from 2008 total of 131.4 million.
In 2008 it is recorded that 100 million whites cast a vote representing 74% of the total and the minority share of the vote was 26%.
Now they are reporting out of a total of 117 million votes, whites cast 72% and minorities cast 28%.
That means that only 84 million whites voted in 2012 down 16 million from the 100 million whites who voted in 2008.
Extrapolating from that, we have to say that 3 million more minorities voted in 2012 than in 2008.
In 2010 the resident population of voting age (including aliens of voting age) was 234,564,000. This was an increase in resident population of almost 5 million from the 2008 figure.
Yet we are expected to believe that there was a net loss of votes of 13 million representing 16 million fewer white voters and an additional 3 million minority voters.
I mean, this is just NOT BELIEVABLE.
I refer you to a chart of all the Presidential elections from 1932 -2010. [link to www.census.gov]
As you can see, as the population increases, the number of voters increases in every election cycle except when Clinton ran for re-election against Dole. Not a hotly contested election. Kind of a walk away for Clinton. And, even with this….the drop in voters is not near 13 million, and 16 million whites.
This turn out and loss of 16 million whites in a hotly contested election such as this one is absolutely NOT believable.
What is really going on?

Former Navy SEAL Chris Kyle fatally shot at Texas shooting range

Chris Kyle, a former U.S. Navy SEAL credited with the largest number of confirmed kills, was one of two people fatally shot at a North Texas shooting range Saturday, Texas Highway Patrol confirmed to Fox News.
Sgt. Lonny Haschel said in a news release that 25-year-old Eddie Ray Routh of Lancaster was arraigned Saturday evening on two counts of capital murder. Officer Kyle Roberts at the Erath County Jail said Routh arrived there Sunday morning and is being held on a combined $3 million bond. Roberts did not have information on whether Routh had a lawyer.
Haschel said Erath County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call about a shooting at the Rough Creek Lodge, west of Glen Rose, at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Police found the bodies of Kyle, 38, and Chad Littlefield, 35, at the shooting range about 50 miles southwest of Fort Worth. Erath County Sheriff Tommy Bryant said he did not know where Kyle and Littlefield were hit because he had not yet received the medical examiner's report.
Kyle and Littlefield had taken Routh to the range, said Travis Cox, the director of a nonprofit Kyle helped found. Littlefield was Kyle's neighbor and "workout buddy," Cox told The Associated Press on Sunday morning.
"What I know is Chris and a gentleman -- great guy, I knew him well, Chad Littlefield -- took a veteran out shooting who was struggling with PTSD to try to assist him, try to help him, try to, you know, give him a helping hand and he turned the gun on both of them, killing them," Cox said.
Police said Routh opened fire on Kyle and Littlefield around 3:30 p.m. Saturday, and then fled in a Ford pickup truck, which Bryant said was Kyle's truck. At about 8 p.m., Routh arrived at his home in Lancaster, about 17 miles southeast of Dallas. Police arrested him after a brief pursuit and took him to the Lancaster Police Department.
The motive for the shooting was unclear. A knock on the door at Routh's last known address went unanswered Sunday. A for-sale sign was in front of the cream-colored wood-framed home.
Kyle, a decorated veteran, wrote the best-selling book, "American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History," detailing his 150-plus kills of insurgents from 1999 to 2009. According to promotional information from book publisher William Morrow, Kyle deployed to Iraq four times.
Kyle's nonprofit, FITCO Cares, provides at-home fitness equipment for emotionally and physically wounded veterans.
"Chris was literally the type of guy if you were a veteran and needed help he'd help you," Cox said. "And from my understanding that's what happened here. I don't know how he came in contact with this gentleman, but I do know that it was not through the foundation."
Cox described Littlefield as a gentle, kind-hearted man who often called or emailed him with ideas for events or fundraisers to help veterans.
"It was just two great guys with Chad and Chris trying to help out a veteran in need and making time out of their day to help him. And to give him a hand. And unfortunately this thing happened," Cox said.
Craft International, Kyle's security training company, had scheduled a $2,950-per-person civilian training event at Rough Creek Lodge called the "Rough Creek Shoot Out!" for March 1-3. The price included lodging, meals and shooting instruction. Kyle was scheduled to teach the first class, called "precision rifle."
Kyle is survived by his wife, Taya, and their two children, Cox said.
